		<description>Bob, Great review and it is a great read. Of course I also loved Hitachi&#039;s XBRL for Dummies and still am giving out copies to get people started.

I am more than halfway through the Hoffman &amp; Watson edition and agree with you. They go deep and wide about XBRL and offer some great resources to get you going. I will add a review when done because this is an important topic that CPAs and others need to understand!</description>
